Born in Germany in 1960, Michael Anders lives with his family at the inspirational Tallaghanduff, Geesala, County Mayo, his home since 1984.

Michael trained in College as a draftsman, and worked in an architects office in Berlin.  He also worked as an artist in Germany, participating in community projects, landscaping, designing and constructing playgrounds and planning community centres.  His work is exhibited in Ireland and abroad, and is in many private collections.
