Ken Lee

Ken Lee is a Dublin born ceramic artist with a gift for caricature. He has lived and worked in Galway for many years now, producing his highly distinctive sculpture heads and figures.

His work has featured in a number of exhibitions - notably 'Heroes and Heroines' and 'On the Subject of Drink' in The Kenny Gallery. His wonderful imagination and skill have combined to produce memorable pieces, football teams, card players, pint drinkers etc. He worked for a time with Royal Tara China in Galway.

In more recent times, he has begun to apply the art of caricature and cartoon to paper and has produced many drawings of notables in the public eye, which have appeared in Independent Newspapers.
